Wifi is FREE and very fast but whenever you stop using your gadget it will automatically disconnect and make you reconnect.

There are two menus given to customers. The first one is the coffee menu. There are more than ten different types of options of direct trade coffee with different art all served in large mugs. The “Café Medici”, highly recommended, has chocolate on the bottom, two shots of espresso and is topped with whipped cream with a slice of orange! There is also regular coffee refill which is nice for anyone that wants to stay there for a while!
The second menu is food wise. The restaurant is very well known for its brunch and breakfast. The menu is very extensive and contains at least seven different plates for all the categories which includes starters, salads, hot paninis, sandwiches, soups, entrees, burgers, pizza and dessert. The grilled chicken sandwich is totally recommended!

Busboys and Poets is what I would call a very “cool artsy” restaurant where there is space for those who just want to drink a cup of coffee and go, those who want to have a delicious meal or the ones who want to sit down for a couple of hours and do some school work.
Located in the U Street Corridor, this place is accessible through green and yellow metro line as well as through the bus.The environment is very artsy with a large colorful mural with drawings that promote peace on the back of the bar and several prints of all sorts of different types of people on the walls available for sale. Different sorts of music is played, from indie to contemporary to R&B to alternative which gives the place a very “chill” boho vibe.
It is definitely a space for everyone, families, college students and anyone who enjoys an open, diverse and inclusive environment. The place tends to be very full so the environment might be quite loud for some who prefer quiet spaces.
